Please submit workshop application 30 days in advance.


For those wishing to fill out a paper form, please click here to download the RID Instructor's Form.  Once you have completed the form, please scan and email it to meghancmp@gmail.com.  Please indicate in the e-mail subject field that you are applying for CEUs.
